Interested in Volunteering? The Cougar Mountain Trail Series is successfully run with the assistance of our many and cherished volunteers. If you've ever run a series race, or you just want to help out in the local running community, we would love to have your assistance at our next race!

A Greener Event: Again, this year the series is continuing to reduce the amount of trash created during the event. In 2016, we ask that runners bring a refillable water container with them on the trail to use at aid stations along the way. Our friends at The Balanced Athlete and Fleet Feet Sports Seattle have a variety of hydration products and are offering 15% off for anyone registered for a series race.

Since 2003, Seattle Running Club and participants in the Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series have raised over $155,000 for King County Parks! Thank you runners!!
